Meet The Maker

My name is Alex and I like to make things!

My favorite things to make are baby rattles. It makes me so happy to see little ones enjoying my handmade creations!

 

While that is my favorite thing to work on, I have built many other wonderful creations. Everything from movie replica toy swords and pixel art (I'm a little bit of a nerd),

 

all the way up to tables that seat eight!

I started with very basic tools and a curious mind on how things went together and worked. As soon as I started building things with my hands, I was hooked! Several years later, my tools have been upgraded and I am much more knowledgeable, but the heart of what I do remains unchanged. Making things makes me happy! It's that simple!

I would not be where I am today without the amazing support of my incredible wife. We have three wonderful kids together and, as a group, we are very active and always on the go. My one car garage shop is located at our home outside Houston, Texas and it is my happy place where I can go and have fun. 

I often tell my clients that the only thing holding them back is their imagination. Tell me what you want, and I will do my best to make it happen. Koala with a leaf spinner on the inside and a laser engraved face? Done. Elvis Presley inspired vinyl record? No problem. Hippos? Exotic Woods? Hearts? Letters? Lightning Bolts? Football Helmets? It can be done!
